This special release of only 500 Bottles is finished in select Añejo Tequila Casks for a uniquely complex & enjoyable experience on the nose and palate, with notes of agave and vanilla.
Single Pot Still
Crafted from 50% Unmalted & 45% Unmalted Single Estate Barley from our estate in County Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland. This coastal land has a rare mineral aluvium soil, and adjoins a brackish marshland nature reserve. 5% oats round off the mash bill.
